  A few days ago, I dropped my already cracked iPhone 6s and broke the LCD. I took it into Big Dogs to get repaired, as I did with my previous phone before that, and they repaired my screen and LCD in a timely manner and it all worked perfectly. Two days later, after being stuck in the hospital all day, my phone wouldn’t boot up past the apple logo, so I took it back in to get some help. The staff was so sweet and understanding, they updated and turned on my phone for me and I was on my way! Unfortunately the next day I was faced with the same issue, so when I came back they graciously tried everything they could to diagnose the problem, rebooted it for me and completely fixed it! They did everything they could for me and I could not be more grateful. The staff is so patient and sweet and knowledgeable. I will never go to another repair shop as long as Big Dogs is around! Thank you so much for all of your help!
