  This place is terrible. I went in there to browse. Told the salesman I’m just looking while my other half is in the bookstore but wasn’t interested in by anything. He was so pushy about trying to sell me anything... super super pushy... worse then a car dealer or gym.... I’ll never step into that place again.

  The entire staff at Electronic Express was very helpful with my Kitchen appliance and entertainment needs for my home. From the minute I stepped in the store, the staff was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the various options available to me. I felt very comfortable with my selections and was very pleased with the installation as well. The delivery crew was very careful and professional and competent. I will recommend the Spring Hill crew to all my friends and family!

  OK, let me first start by saying customer service is the first and most important part of selling a product. From the time I walked into store till I left customer service was exceptional. Product knowledge from those guys over there at the SPRING HILL location, was top notch .I definitely will buy more items from this location. I even bought a washer and dryer from them that night. Keep up the good work guys you got me for life as a customer. Definitely not a Best Buy where the employees try to avoid you and sell you things that you don’t need to make quota.
