  Very dissatisfied with my experience at this Kay jewelers. I went here to get my engagement ring resized. We choose Kay because we thought they since they are a bigger company they would do a more quality job than any of the local places around us. To begin with having the ring resized was very expensive. The lady who was working said that she would send our ring back of it was anything less than perfect. My fiance picked it up on his way into work and when he brought it home it looked terrible. There's an indention in the ring where you can tell that they cut it, some of the little diamonds are set deeper in the ring than the others after they tightened them, and the ring is not even perfectly round anymore and has a big flat spot on it. On top of that, even though the woman sized me in the store and told me my size, my ring is too big. It has fallen off several times. We called about getting it fixed and were told we'd have to pay another 60 dollars after already paying over 100 to get it sized. I'm afraid to take it back to Kay because I'm afraid they will damage it irreparably. We will never go back to Kay again for anything.
