  I had to go to this place 3 days in a row to get my device replaced. Monday, I went there to pick up the device and they said it was not there. I had to call corporate office to find out where it was because this guy had no clue what to do or how to locate this item. Turns out. It was underneath another item and that's why he couldn't find it that day. Wednesday, I returned to the store to actually pick up the device. However, they didn't give me a SIM card so I had no data plan. They insisted that the SIM card would be in the device. Its not. The incompetence oozes from this store. I will keep my buisiness online or go to Franklin.
